1. Service and related documents

LoopVM provides a separate Android environment on your phone, including virtual-device creation, compatible Android versions and device models, templates and app installation. Availability depends on the client version, device compatibility and selected plan. Check the specific supported features before purchasing.

These terms, the Privacy Policy and the plan description recorded with your order govern the relevant service. The features, quantity, duration and price expressly offered at purchase should be preserved in the order record. Nothing excludes mandatory rights provided by applicable law.

2. Registration and account security

Use an email address you are entitled to control and that can receive verification messages, and keep your account details accurate. Protect your passwords and codes. Support should not ask you for your full password or a currently valid verification code.

Do not take over another account or bypass security restrictions. If you lose control of your email, notice suspicious sign-ins or find an unauthorised order, contact admin@loopvm.com promptly. Account recovery depends on proportionate verification and evidence; an email alone does not authorise an account transfer.

3. Plan features, quantities and duration

Plans may configure virtual-device limits, template access, one-tap device renewal and network, location, sensor, display, regional, storage, media, clipboard, security and debugging features. Delivery covers features expressly included in the order and supported by the client; a selected feature does not guarantee compatibility with every third-party app.

Trials, gifts, redemption offers and paid plans may have different eligibility rules and expiry dates, which should be shown before acceptance or purchase. Withdrawing a plan from sale does not cancel an existing entitlement that remains valid. Expiry or a lawful refund may affect new use, renewal and available resources according to the purchase terms and lawful outcome.

4. Orders, payment and activation

Before paying, check the intended customer type, plan version, quantity, duration, total and available payment methods. Your chosen provider processes the payment. Redirecting to a page, returning to the client or receiving payment instructions does not prove that money has been received; payment is confirmed against verified records.

There may be a short delay between payment and activation. If charged without receiving your entitlement, keep the order reference and payment evidence and contact us before paying again. Mock payments labelled for testing are not real receipts or proof of a transfer of funds.

5. Cryptocurrency payments

Check the currency, network, amount, recipient address, additional reference and payment deadline against the provider instructions. Assets with the same name on different networks are not interchangeable. Network fees and quote validity follow the payment page.

A wrong network, wrong address, insufficient amount or late payment may prevent automatic credit. We can help investigate within the available evidence, but cannot promise to reverse a confirmed blockchain transfer or recover irretrievable assets. Never disclose wallet private keys or recovery phrases.

6. Refunds and disputed orders

For duplicate charges, non-delivery, significant functional problems or other grounds for a lawful remedy, send your order reference, explanation and necessary evidence through support or admin@loopvm.com. Refund conditions, methods and possible charges should be disclosed before purchase. These terms do not impose a blanket exclusion of statutory refund, cancellation or complaint rights.

A verified refund affects only the entitlement arising from that order and its derived allocations, without cancelling independent purchases or other lawful entitlements. Used portions, network charges and currency conversion must be considered under the purchase terms, provider rules and applicable law, rather than an automatic no-refund rule.

7. Virtual devices and local data

Virtual devices run on your terminal. Creation, start, stop, deletion and model changes depend on client execution. Acceptance of a request, eligibility approval or delivery of parameters does not mean the local operation has completed.

Uninstalling the client, clearing storage, deleting a virtual device, replacing a phone or a system failure can erase apps and files inside the virtual device. Account, plan and order records are not a complete cloud backup. Export needed data before irreversible actions; we should also give reasonable warnings of known material risks.

8. Models, templates and uploads

Models and templates must be compatible with the Android version, image and client capabilities. Descriptions, device parameters and random device renewal do not guarantee recognition as a particular physical device, passage of third-party checks or eligibility for third-party services.

Official templates follow their publication scope. Personal templates are for their uploader to use and download; buying a plan or joining an enterprise account does not automatically share them. Upload only content you have the right and necessary authority to provide. Remove unrelated personal data, account credentials, keys and sensitive network details. An archive password does not replace access controls.

9. App installation and support

Installation, updates, overwrites, reinstallation and split-package installation must meet applicable security rules, app support and plan conditions. Unsupported requests return a reason. Do not falsify package names, signers, versions or files to bypass checks. Approval under those rules does not guarantee that an app is safe, lawful or functional.

Installed apps are normally opened from the virtual Android desktop. Later rule changes may affect new installations, updates or local opening, but do not mean the platform automatically deletes installed apps. Third-party apps, accounts and content remain subject to their own terms; LoopVM does not represent their providers.

10. Acceptable use

You may lawfully use the virtual environment for everyday apps, testing and configuration. Do not use the service to invade privacy, steal accounts, distribute malware, commit fraud, attack systems, infringe intellectual property or carry out other unlawful activities.

Do not evade resource limits, file ownership checks, payment confirmation or security controls, or impair availability through abusive automation. Restrictions should be proportionate to the risk. If you believe a decision is mistaken, you may submit evidence and request a review.

11. Enterprise accounts and allocations

Enterprise resource packages, batch accounts and allocations are governed by their orders and authorisation scope. Enterprise administrators must have authority to manage linked accounts and explain their visibility and powers to users. Administrative access is not a right to read arbitrary content inside personal virtual devices.

Termination, resource recovery and account suspension must follow the agreement and applicable law. Allocations are limited to legitimate sources and available resources. An enterprise relationship alone does not grant access to another user’s private templates or local files.

12. Intellectual property and content licence

LoopVM software, branding, pages and materials are protected by intellectual-property rights. Except as permitted by law or authorisation, do not copy or impersonate the brand, redistribute protected material or use the software in ways that harm security or lawful interests.

You retain your rights in lawful uploads. You grant only the processing permission needed to provide the storage, downloads, compatibility handling and support you request. This is not permission to publish personal templates or share them as official templates. Third-party rights remain with their owners.

13. Personal information and communications

The Privacy Policy explains information processing, purposes, providers and rights requests. A privacy notice does not replace separately required consent. Information needed for optional features must not automatically become a condition of the basic service.

Verification, security, order and service messages support service delivery. Marketing communications should be distinguished from necessary notices, with consent and an opt-out where required. Do not send full passwords, payment passwords, wallet private keys or unrelated sensitive files in support requests.

14. Maintenance, restrictions and termination

Security fixes, compatibility changes, maintenance or legal requirements may require service updates. For foreseeable changes materially affecting purchased services, appropriate advance notice and lawful remedies for undelivered service should be provided, including continued performance, alternatives or refunds as applicable.

Serious misuse or security incidents may require temporary restrictions. Reasons and an appeal route should be provided where legally permitted. Before account closure, address pending orders, disputes and data exports. Legally required transaction and audit records are not necessarily erased immediately when an account closes.

15. Risks, responsibility and disputes

Software may be affected by hardware, operating systems, networks and third-party changes. We should take reasonable steps to maintain the service, without promising uninterrupted availability, absolute isolation or universal app compatibility. These notices do not remove our statutory service, security or compensation responsibilities.

You may first contact admin@loopvm.com to seek resolution. Unresolved disputes may be taken to competent bodies under applicable law. These terms do not nominate an unverified arbitration institution or court, or exclude mandatory consumer jurisdiction and remedies.

16. Updates and contact

Material changes should explain what changes, when they take effect and how existing purchases are affected. Where renewed consent is required, an explicit confirmation is needed. Merely continuing to browse or use the service is not blanket consent to new processing or restrictions.

Send service, order, account, privacy or closure requests to admin@loopvm.com. Describe the request and relevant records without unrelated sensitive information. We will conduct identity checks proportionate to the request before acting.
